Hello there! I'm Alisia, the proud owner and visionary behind Sol & Stones and the 21-Day Transformative Reiki Healing Programs. Your presence here brings me immense joy. Let me share a bit about myself: I'm a devoted mom with an unwavering passion for energy work and Reiki.

My journey into the realm of energy healing and holistic wellness was ignited years ago, following a life-altering accident in which I was backed over by a pick-up. The accident led to a grueling 13-hour surgery, followed by three months in a body cast, and a daunting reality of constant, severe pain. Medical professionals told me I'd forever rely on pain medications and muscle relaxers, and that I'd never confidently wear a bikini due to the scars. 

Over the ensuing years, I embarked on a quest for pain relief, diving into various methods, eventually finding solace in Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. This marked the inception of my profound spiritual awakening, where I recognized the interconnectedness of all living beings and the energy that binds us. I delved deeper into transformative modalities like Reiki, Crystals, Chakras, Manifestation, and Breathwork. My approach shifted from external healing to an introspective journey within. These holistic practices have had an immense impact on my healing journey, and I am deeply compelled to share their incredible potential with the world.

My spiritual journey, which began in 2012, has allowed me to heal without relying on prescription pain medication. And as for those scars, well, they are a testament to where the Light enters your soul. I confidently wear my bikini whenever I choose!

I am a Reiki Master, Energy, Crystal, & Chakra Practitioner and am attuned/certified in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, Money Reiki, Egyptian Sekhem-Seichim Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, I have taken my 200 YTT. I have extensive knowledge and training in Energy Work, Crystal Therapy, Chakra Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Shadow Work.
